Forumites,
I have the ladybug here with me (thanks to Java for making it happen).
Observing the shape of this knife i am forced to question whether the ladybug is a scaled down version of the Military or the Police.
Alternatively put, are the military and police scaled up versions of the Ladybug?
There is a startling resemblance between the ladybug and the Police IMHO..these two are related in scale (and maybe steel materials). they have the same blade shape and the handle too.
Is this a fact or am i seeing too many spydies for one day?

Kaizer,
I don't know for a fact that they are scaled versions of each other, but I agree with you. I think the Ladybug is just a Police model that shrunk in the dryer. (That will teach you to leave your in your pants when you wash them.) They do have the Police necklace and tie clip.

The Ladybug is a scaled version of the Delica/Endura. Just look at the blade profile, grind depth (edge toward spine), and the handle dimensions. Ladybug/Delica/Endura are all the same, just different dry times.

Interesting post. The comparisions are unusual enough but ROM831, I'll have to point out one difference:
"Ladybug/Delica/Endura are all the same, just different dry times."
The Ladybug must depend on powerful staic force to ride in the top of your pocket. If this is to work, Spyderco cleaning instructions should caution against the use of Cling Free in the dry cycle.

I'd say the Delica is an Endura that has run through a copy machine myself, but maybe I'm odd... (thinks of running an Endura through at 200% magnification)
Keepin' it real...real sharp, that is.

Actually, it is a scaled version of Endura rather than Delica (just check that bezier curve at the hump), the first versions, those with the zytel clip.
