Dear Customer Service,

I bought a lightweight Dragonfly from a store that was going out of business. When I examined it later, the action was abnormally stiff. I applied a couple of drops of oil and worked the action for several days, even though I have never had to do this with any of my other Spydercos, but the rivet holding the blade seemed too tight. The store was willing to replace it, but they did not have another.

I sent it to your address at 20011 Golden Gate Canyon via UPS, but have not heard or seen anything. The tracking number was 1Z3331W0302006415, was delivered on 11/22/00, and signed for by "Moran". I suspect you are really busy with the holidays, but would you please let me know the staus of this knife ?

Thanks,

Scott

IMHO, this issue probably would be better taken care of in an email or via a phone call to customer service or the repair shop.

Mike,
Have you had any luck in tracking down my Dragonfly ? It was to be a Christmas present.

Thanks,
Scott

Mike,
Sorry for the repetition, the system kept rejecting my password.
Thanks,

Hi Mike and Joyce,
I received my Dragonfly today, I really appreciate your assistance in expediting this for me. I was looking over the brochure that was included, and believe I'll have to add some more to my collection !

Thanks again,
Scott
