stiff action

I have just purchased my first Spyderco- a Tim Wegner jr and really like this knife. I can understand why Spyderco products have such a big following. But.. the action is stiff and while I can open and close with one hand it's not easy to do. Any suggestions for smoothing this up?

Hi Badger. Welcome to the forum. I would try a little of the super oils (White lightning or the Sentry products) plus a little working it in.
