Ledhead,
I have one of each (large and small, both SE). They're the best thing for cutting celery that I have ever used. I love them both. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I have a small PE and a large SE. I really like the small one but I find the larger one to be too flexible especially as the serrations tend to pull the blade to one side. OTOH my wife loves it <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>.

Among others, I own the small utility knife w/ serrated edge. It is the single most used knife in our kitchen. A whole knife block full of Henckels sit collecting dust...oh well OK, I still use the big chopper sometimes when the Santoku is being washed.
Anyway, the small utility knife is simply fantastic.
