Broken Endura tips

Hello,



I received an Endura Light with full serrated edge for christmas. While using it to cut thin plastic strapping off of one of

my children's toys 2 or three of the little sharp tips on the serrated edge broke off. The plastic straps were very thin. I found it hard to beleive they could break the tips but they did. Is this damage covered by a Spyderco Warranty? If so, what do I need to do to obtain warranty service?
