I just purchased a spyderco and i can't find any info on it. It has a 3in black handle w/ spyderco on one side and usa on the other. The handle has triangle designs on it which you can see through to the other side. The blade also has triange shapes in it that go through the blade, in the center of the blade it has EMS. Can anyone help me?

I think that what you have is a "Q".

I think that they were made with logos for several different companies.

EMS stands for Eastern Mountain Sports, a retailer of camping gear similar to REI.
(who also had a "Q" with their logo on it)

I have also seen them from,H&K (the firearm company) and Hugh M Woods.

Don't know how many other models exist,but I bet someone on the forum does.
