OT Watch

I just got a great deal on ebay.Item # 731287792

I had one of these in the shiney SS for years,the best watch I ever owned.

I was caught in a rain on the beach last week in daytona and my Luminox got water in it so I had to send it in to thier warranty dept.Sort of pissed me off that a 170.00 watch that was water proof to 150 ft got water in it from a rain.

ATE it is NIB.I spent all day bidding to get it.Lost the auction on 3 others just like it.I can't belive I got it at that price.Cabelas has the same one for 179.00.

Don't get me wrong <img src="wink.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> I wasn't knockin' your watch, just the fact that it got rainwater in it <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> and is supposed to be &quot;waterproof&quot; to 150ft.

ATE,I thought you were talking about the low price on the swiss army.I can't belive that a rain got water in the luminox.Just sent it in and haven't heard anything from them yet.The other swiss army I have had so long has gone swimming,shower,work,play,hot,cold,about 8 bands and 3 batterys.
Heres a pic of the old one,the new one is the same except it has a gun metal case and black face.
