Spyderco Cricket lock

I was recently at a outdoor sport shop looking at the Cricket model. I would have bought one but I found it had a problem. When I open it, the linerlock didn’t engage all the way and I had to pull back on the blade to completely engage the lock, it was a fair amount of pressure. In fact the blade would just open and close with out using the lock. I had the salesman get out two other Crickets and they did the same thing. Any comments?

Hey Thoirn-
I have had and carried a cricket for about a year now and haven't had a problem with it. However I did stop at SFO recently and bought 2 for friends and they had the same problem you are talking about. I called Angela at SFO and she said they did have a batch like that and they are fixing them. Send it in.
