Warrenty Turn Around?

Hey guys,



Whats a normal turn around time for a warrenty claim? My knife was received on the 2nd, and I haven't heard word. Rather then bug Mike, I figured i'd ask here first. Not a super hurry, but I'm wondering what is "normal"...

My Military took about a month. I talked to Mike during that time and found out that his department, in his words, is pretty much three people, "me, myself and I." We had a good laugh and I got a brand new Military back in the mail. I don't know if that's an average time but I bet it's pretty close.

Spoke with Mr, Myself and I this morning. Their turnaround time is about 3-5 weeks right now (not including weekends since all three of those guys are resting up on Sat. and Sun.) Our customer service department is actually made of: Mike who does his best to answer all 3 phone lines and take care of the record keeping, Keith who is in the repair shop full-time sharpening and fixing and Kelly who lends a hand to keep on top of the data bases and shipping records.
