Rookie / Standard

In doing some research on these two G-10 handle models, I've seen reference to reversing the clips on these. To my knowledge, the Rookie is tip-up and the Standard tip-down, with no option for either reversing the tip orientation or for left handed carry. Is this correct, or were some incarnations different? I'm pretty keen on getting either one of these, but since no dealer in my area, need to get the full skinny before I shell out the cash for one. Thanks for your help.

Welcome to the forum. To answer part of your question, the Rookie is adjustable for tip-up or tip-down carry.

Thanks, tortoise. Nice name, I loved my little kobogis until they both died. So the Rookie is reversible tip-up, tip-down, but not left hand/right hand. Is your Rookie with liners or without? Thanks for your time, maybe somebody else can help me out with the info on the Standard?

Hello. The two Rookies I have are both tip-up, G-10, one stainless liner and not adjustable. I am unsure about other variations.
