lock problem part 2

regarding the Endura Model i have a problem with the locking mechanism it defeats ie you can close the blade without pressing the lock down it seems like the lock tang that fits into the recess in the blade is "camming"out under pressure.

I had that problem with an old Police Model. I e-mailed Spyderco and sent the knife back. Within 3 weeks I received a new Police Model.
