Unfortunately i have only got a Lansky sharpening system at the moment.

And I was wodering what angle would be best to get a sharp edge on my Delica2 blade.

(17,20,25,30 degrees)

As a former Lansky user, probably 20 degrees will be close. I now use the Spyderco Tri-Sharpmaker and can sharpen 8 to 10 knives in the time it took me to sharpen one knife with the Lansky. A method to determine the correct angle is to color the cutting edge with a black permanent marker and then mount the knife in your Lansky and try the different sharpening angles. The correct angle will remove the black mark over the entire cutting edge (or most of the edge). Also remember the smaller the angle the sharper the edge, but with less metal the sooner the edge needs resharpening.
