What kind of knife does Hannible use?

I know that Hannible uses a Harpy knife. Now does it have a stainless steel handle or is it a G-10 handle. Do they even make Harpy knifes with a G-10 handle, if so why cant I find it in the catalogue? If anyone could help me out that would be great.

Hannibal uses a Harpy with the stainless handle and a Civilian in the book.

Harpys are techinically available in G-10, and I have one as a daily carry. They are not currently in production, hence the not being in the catalog, but were a while back and you can still find the odd one laying around various knife stores and online auctions.
