Well, you're not going to believe it but the &quot;King of Hurt-Yourself&quot; has managed to harm himself again...<img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>



This morning will probably rate as one of the worst days of my short life. It all began when my brother woke me up and told me that our 65 gal. gas tank had leaked approximatly 15 gals. during the night. We had to move fast, as we wanted to take care of the gas spill. I pulled on a pair of jeans, and went to get a shirt when I noticed a ballon in front of my dresser. Now, this normally wouldn't have made me mad, but under the circumstances, I got kind of pissed. I grabbed my SE Harpy off the dresser, and opened the blade just enough to pop the stupid ballon. I then stupidly swung my hand down and popped the offending ballon. As you've probably guessed, the blade on the Harpy closed down on to the knuckle of my index finger, cutting right across the top.



So, 7 stitches later, I sit here attempting to type this. (DANGIT! This is hard...<img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>)

Yeow! <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0> Not good.

Did they put any kind of splint under the finger? That'll keep the cut closed and help it heal faster. Last time I split my finger open, I found the handle off a McD plastic knife and some Scotch tape worked wonders.

The same thing happened to my car today, only not nearly as bad! <img src="sad.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>
Warm day today, and went out to check the mail, and gas was coming out of the fill cap!
Scared the heck outa me. Just up the street there is a fire department, and they said cover it with dirt and drive off some of the tank pressure

Think I'm working on taking your title... 3 in a week, and still going...

I'm not the only one to give myself a &quot;somehow&quot; bite...

last night(after 9.5hrs straight of work, and free beer as I was working[3-4 bottles in that time... not enough to have any effect but thin the blood])... got home, and was checking my carry over, as I was sched to work in 8hrs(this morning), and I like my toys sharp.

well, my salsa lock was a bit stiff, and I gave it the usual wrist flick... didn't move. I got my left hand in the way when I gave it a harder flick/swing to close it. I have a cut about 1/2 way across my index finger, about 1/4&quot; below the knuckle... also stabbed my finger a bit...

hurt like a b*tch, and bled like hell. Took me about 20min with pressure to get it stopped(and that was only if I didn't bend my finger)... still hurts like hell as I'm coming up on 22hrs since.
