Hello everyone, This is my first post here.
I sent back a Spyderco Endura December 19th 2000. I sent it first class US mail, and have not yet heard a word from the company. I sent it back for a return because of the very poor durability the knife had, hopefully it was just a lemon. The blade tip broke off easily while cutting a nylon knot. The blade chipped while doing light cutting jobs and handle pieces flaked off because of the pocket clip that would become loose after tightening almost immediately. I am sick of waiting for another Spydy, hopefully my new one will hold up a little better. Does it usually take this long for a return?
Thank you for your time,
Reed
