Greetings all,
Just wanted to pass on how happy I am with Spyderco customer service. I know I'm preaching to the chior but I'm very happy.
I sent in a Delica to have sharpened, because I had it sharpened at a knife store in the mall and they must have changed the edge somewhat from the factory edge. I have a sharpmaker and have spen close to 8 hours on and off trying to get this knife sharp again so I decided to send it in to Spyderco.
I sent the knife in on 4-11-03 and got it back today. The best part is they gave me a brand new Delica and didn't even cash my check to pay for shipping back to me. The check was in the box stapled to the note.
Note said something about it being bad and they wanted to keep it for testing or something like that.
What great service and I got a new knife to boot. I will be a die hard Spyderco fan from now on!
