Hey guys, any of you know what's up with the banning of Bram and Bob Taylor over at Bladeforums?

Here's the post I'm referring to, made of course by Mike Turber:

------

Until further notice both Bram Frank and Bob Taylor are no longer moderators here.

The practical tactical forum will remain open because of it's general nature.

Bram's forum is turned off at this time and no posts will be allowed there.

Neither Bram or Bob can post on this site at this time.

Any new posts about Bob or Bram will be deleted.

If you see any new posts about Bob or Bram contact us ASAP.

Thanks.

I will not discuss this issue with anyone so don't ask.

Have a nice day!

Anyone care to explain? I'm mystified...

To make a long complicated story short and simple.... Bob Taylor a moderator of another forum posted a real nasty public letter doubting Bram's credentials... He was offered video proof that Bram was legit... Many non biased people backed up Brams's credentials too... Next thing I know they ban them both until further notice....It really sucks....Maybe someone else can add more info???

Well, Bram is always welcome to visit here. So is Bob for that matter. I like bofum.

But here, no BS. Only sharing of information.

Sal,

I saw your post in bladeforums.com and the request you made for Bram to be brought back into the Spyderco forum. What I didn't see was a public reply from the powers that be. I feel your request was reasonable and I know Bram would act in a professional manner if this was allowed.

I do not hold out much hope though as there are links between the parties involved that go beyond that of forum owner/forum moderators and friend/competitor. This will make being in the middle all the more difficult.

I just hope those involved make their decisions ASAP for the sake of the community and those involved. Every day that passes increases the damage that is done.

On a side note: if anyone saved the text of the discussion I would like to read it for myself.
