which you can find near this price on the internet. www. discountknives.com , www.toptexknives.com for examples.

I just recently bought a Bob Lum Tanto for 89.99. The dealer said that it was the wholesale price. I bought 7 knives at once though.

The question that you ask might get better response on the general forum. This forum (Tekno Junkies) generally attracts those intersted in design & construction of Spyderco (& others) knives.

There is also another Spyderco forum as part of the Bladeforums.com. The have been around for much longer and have more visitors.

My wife Gail and I will be visiting North Holland later this month. Amsterdam, Leiden & Zanvoort. Beautiful Country.

This web-sites onlinecatalog just droped the price on the tanto from 203.95,- to 153.95,-

Check out this link http://www.tool-shop.com for a good European knife shop. Those prices are more realistic if, like me, you live in the Netherlands. They have fast service. Those prices are retail though.

Hello Voxnaes. Welcome to the forum. the price changed due to the model change from titanium scales to G10 Scales.
