Wegner Jr. Clip fell off

I have a Wegner Jr. that I LOVE, but after on a few weeks of carrying it, the clip came loose and fell off. IT seems that 2 of the 3 screws holding it on were too short and thus stripped out. How can I repair it/get it repaired?
