Gin 1 Native????

Recently i bought a Native but i found out that it is engrave with the word Gin 1. I though Native is made up of cmp 440v.

The old Natives are Gin-1, the new models are CPM440V

Hmmm is the Gin 1 inferor to the cpm 440v by a lot. Is it possible for a 1 to 1 exchange or any sort available
