robbed!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

ok, i wasn't robbed per se. i was stolen from. feels like i was mugged though.



someone took my AL Cricket plain blade off my keyring at work. GRRRR. Had ut for well over 5 years. Best knife I ever owned, most versatile, easily, and I own quite a few by different makers.



Anyway does anyone outh there in Spyderco-land have one to sell or know anyplace that might? I've been all over the Internet for day with no luck.



If I don't find one, and I'm thinking I won't, which of the newer available models is best? I'm a little confused about handle material. can't really tell what is best just by reading. what do you guys think?

the cricket avalilable does not feel as good as the aluminum one, i lost mine too last year and still looking for one, good luck hunting for one <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>

I don't have Dennis' email addy handy, but if you go over to Bladeforums.com, into the Chris Reeves or Buck forums, lookk for &quot;Dennis Wright&quot; and his email and (maybe) his phone will be listed. He owns Wright Knife, in my town. I know for a fact he has a couple of the almite Crickets, cause I saw them a week ago, when I was in his shop. Hope this helps.

I just spoke to Dennis Wright and was able to get a Cricket, plain aluminum w/ tufram coating. He only had 2 serated ones left and said that they would probably be gone with the next callback that he was making. He had two of each in his store for years and thanks to Brian he has sold them all.
Thank you Brian for posting that Dennis had a few left!

Lost my Centofante II with gold bug inlay, Jess Horn Ltwt, ladybug, Sharpmaker 203MF and Snap-it.. Got over the grief and movin' on with more spydies to replace the stolen ones...
