4yr old 1 1/2 blade' , lost 3 "pins". she's falling apart, how do I fix her?

Send it in to Spyderco or buy another one. You might can "press" the pins back in with a table vise. Just squeeze it ever so slowly. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>
