Gin 1 vs 440 v

For gin 1 steel is it inferor compare to 440v by a lot????



i just bought a gin 1 partial serrated native. How and wat equipment would u all recommand for sharping the edges?

Gin 1 is a very good steel, just not quite in the same class as 440V. As for sharpening, there is clearly only one choice, the Sharpmaker 204 <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle>.
