What is the best stock of linerlock folder knife?

Open? With Linerlock segured blade and not tension position?

Close? Close position not pression the linerlock, how inutil metal effort?

I'd say open. However, if it's a Spyderco, you may stock it in any position, as they make quality stuff. <img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I once read that it doesn't matter.

The only thing that can wear out the spring in a liner, is the open/close action.

Just having it open or closed in a display makes no difference...

But as I said, I only read this somewhere several years ago...
