Any one know a good source on the web to check the laws pertianing to carrying knives concelaed(via pocket clips). I do realize every state differs. I live in Alaska but travel oftn to Washington State - Have already been hassled carry my Wayne Goddard Clip It aboard a military flight but curious about the civilian laws.

www.bladeforums.com has a "Knife Laws" forum with a lot of good stuff. A search there should turn up info.
Bernard Levine has a great site at http://pw1.netcom.com/~brlevine/links.htm
Knife laws for each state.
Also, you might want to check www.akti.org every now and then. Law sections are still under construction there, but hopefully they'll get off the ground soon.

I don't think having a pocket knife with clip exposed outside the pants would be considered 'concealed'(yes, police can override any common sense evidence to harrass you though). Dropping the entire knife down into a pocket, is more likely concealed.IMHO
As cerulean suggested akti.org is a good source of state law guidlines.
