I just noticed this one on the Knife Center's

site ; apparently sea water resistant ( I gather that's where the acronym comes from )

Sal, or anybody, what's the story on this?

What say the augurers?

A slightly different blade profile on a Delica handle, using H1 steel for blade and lock.

Hey Al, the C88 is one C<img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>L knife despite its simplistic approach and bare minimal looks! This one's a sure winner among sailors and divers who are exposed to corrosive environs such as saltwater.. Had a feel with it and gave it two-thumbs up! Someday, I hope Poppa Spyder and the Spydercrew will come up with a larger Salt II or use the H-1 on the Endura or Military.. *heh-heh!* <img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="smile.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0><img src="spyder.gif" width=15 height=15 align=middle border=0>

I guess this broader bladed Delica is a good knife. From what I heard, not only the blade is made out of H1, but all other parts are made out of highly corrosion resistant materials.
