I'm looking at a cricket for my b-day on the 21st. What do you guys think it would look like engraved?

He has a couple, not sure if they're almite or not, but have a faint blue tinge to the handle, and weigh about 2x-3x more than FRN. He says it turns out nice engraved.

Literally it means: for the same reason it seems that from fire comes the breath (or the soul).

Created as par palam flamma feiri spiritus, loosly: From the fire comes life.

Buy one (or all) of them anyway, even if you don't decide to get it engraved. They are as rare as hens' teeth and there are plenty of people around the forums who are lusting after one. I think they would look very nice with engraving. I was going to have a &quot;chai&quot; engraved on mine in memory of James Mattis but used my Worker instead. The Crickets were anodised rather than coated with Almite which should be better for engraving.

Got an email from a spydienut, asking who has crickets... I will only give out that info through email, so we don't buy them all out...
I only know of the Canadian part, but may also be in the USA... be about the same in candain, as the US price will be after shipping...

Be cautious with engraving the metal Crickets. Spyderco had problems with the coating chipping when using the diamond drag engraving process.

I guess I'll have to check out our 5 engravers in the city. I know of one that we have (as a family) used about 12 times. It's about $0.15/letter... not too many letters, and he does anything... plastic, glass, metal...
