Im on the fence....undecided

So there is a few upcoming pm2 releases I am contemplating getting. Im undecided on which one and kind of need a push from the community. The ones I am thinking about are:
Smkw exclusive next week - dlc coated M4 carbon fiber
Cruwear and micarta--been waiting for what seems like a year now...
Blade hq exclusive next week- dlc coated REX45 copper

So if you were in the market for a new pm2, what ya gonna get?...

I’m not really in the market for a PM2 in general but I’m planning to grab a crucarta one as soon as I can. I’ve been waiting for that treatment on the PM2. That’s your best bet IMHO.

the copper version is really heavy, the cruwear isn't out and will be regular production, and M4 is a fantastic steel.

The choice for me would be clear between those options.

If it were me, I’d choose in this order:
Cruwear and micarta
SMKW exclusive

Patiently waiting for the Cruwear micarta. Had a pre-order since it became available.

Already have a DLC coated M4. Maybe if the scales were green instead of blue, I would be tempted. I do like M4, but pass on this one.

Too heavy on the cooper version. Although wouldn't mind REX 45 PM2 at some point.

I'll probably try to get the SMKW one. Not sure on the scales but I've been wanting to try M4.

If I didn't already have one with Cruwear, I might get that instead. It's just an amazing steel.

Copper just doesn't do anything for me. If it were brass, or if I liked copper, that would definitely move to the top of my list even though it'll be heavy.

I would also choose the M4, pretty different handle scales as well. M4 is a top 3 personal favorite of mine and it doesn't seem to come around all that often anymore besides BHQ exclusives.

The PM2 is just not my knife, only have one and it will probably stay that way. But IF... IF I was gonna get one of those 3, the M4 with the Fat Carbon would be my choice.

That would be an easy one for me.
M4/CF? Although I'm ambivalent about carbon fiber I really like M4.
Cruwear/Micarta? As appealing as it sounds, I'm impatient. Vaporware.
REX45/Copper? I like REX45, but the copper scales just seem cumbersome.

Get the M4 now.

I'm going with smkw M4 as I like the scales. Just can't do coated rex 45 with a handle that says patina.

I'm going to be guilty of buying all 3, as it will check off many steels in the pm2 platform for me that I've missed over the years. Lucky for me I do like all of the scale options alot! Back to the point here...crucarta may be hard to track down once it drops but regular production means eventually it can be grabbed. The choice is now smkw or blade hq,both of which the scales can be bought aftermarket and swapped,so you have to think of steel and coating. As far as I know m4 has been released in dlc (blade hq jade) but I'm pretty sure rex45 has not so that alone would lead me to the blade hq exclusive in rex45 of I could only pick one. Bang for the buck may lean heavily on the smkw exclusive tho. Those scales are pricier than the copper ones and comes in cheaper overall. Im sure I didnt help your cause haha I suppose at this point draw one out of a hat and roll with it, as far as I'm concerned these are all...Golden!

Like it others have said: PM2 not really "my" model, especially as long as there is a Stretch, a Manix, a Tenacious S35VN...

But IF: I´d go with Micarta /Cruwear, no doubt. And this more for the handle- than for the blade-material...
