RETURN / REFUND POLICY (RETAIL CUSTOMERS ONLY):
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization (RA) to be processed. Please contact the Spyderco Factory Outlet (SFO) at 800/828-1925, extension 1 (or 303/279-8383, extension 1) to obtain your Return Authorization (RA). All returns must be received in original condition. We do not accept returns of used merchandise. Returns may incur a restocking fee of 20% and freight charges both ways.
To optimize the customer experience, we process orders frequently throughout each business day. YOU MAY CANCEL AN ORDER ANYTIME AS LONG AS IT HAS NOT SHIPPED.
ORDERS PLACED WITH EXPEDITED SHIPPING SELECTED CANNOT BE CANCELLED.
Refunds are provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase. We may require that you provide us with the full credit card number to process your refund.
